The curriculum is broad based and designed to meet the demands of business and service organizations. Graduates of this program will have a foundation of human resource management, an overview of various laws, regulations and court decisions that determine the legal framework of EEO, a sound base for lifelong learning, and the opportunity to transfer opportunities in human resource management.

Students pursuing an Associate of Science degree have two options from which to choose:

  1. General Applied Human Resources Associate of Science Plan of Study
  2. Human Resources Plan of Study (Articulated with College of Business)
